1. Juanita was a woman who had experienced severe trauma and has undergone series of implications that were not effectively analyzed in her treatment. She had seen her family being killed in front of her and was smuggled after the escape from El Salvador. If the people who had treated her before checked her origin, they would get a brief idea of her exact state which was otherwise neglected due to lack of competency. Had the staff been clinical ethnographers they would have analyzed her well and would treat her with more care and diligence
